Take some time out to experience the benefits of the Rising Energy Practice on beautiful Mallorca. The retreat center is located on a hill overlooking Alcudia Bay, the Tramuntana Mountains and the picturesque village of Buger. 

In this retreat you will be able to leave behind the stress of everyday life and dive deeply into your true Self. With Guided/Open Eyes Meditation and Hatha Yoga you will have the opportunity to relax and renew your energy. These practices help you to dissolve blocks and tensions in the chakra system.

You will be given tools that will help you to go on a journey into the Heart of Being, your true Self. By opening your chakras you will get in touch with your deeper love and compassion and be able to dissolve the veils which keep you from living a fulfilled life.

Whether you are in the starting phase of practice or have been practicing for a long time, this retreat will contribute greatly to your liberation from physical, mental and emotional tensions and blocks.

We particularly encourage past participants in our Teacher Training Program to sign up for this retreat. We will offer opportunity to share and discuss particular issues and experiences encountered in starting to teach, or in other avenues for expanding the use of the practice and contact.

Course Price: EUR 1.075 Early Bird before July 1 / EUR 1.150 Regular Price after July 1
The course price includes food (2 meals per day) & lodging.
One and a half day is open for exploring the island (longer hikes, excursions, etc.). There will be no catering on the Free day. There will be served dinner during the half day program.
On departure day there is no morning program – checkout 10.00

ADDITIONAL BOOKING

Cranio Sacral Treatment, Thai Yoga Massage or individual Yoga Session can be booked individually It is not included in the retreat price. (1 h - 65€)
